Omar Khayyam was one of the greatest Persian poets. He was also a brilliant mathematician. Though his quatrains were written in the 11th century, they are still popular the world over. The details of his life are unknown, so this movie invents a biography for him and includes in it his real achievements – the invention of a new calendar and the penning of those epigrammatic poems. This film has him romancing a sultan’s bride and foiling the assassin sect’s plot to kill the sultan’s son.

CHOPPER, country of origin 1sh signed by Chopper Read!

Stars ERIC BANA. Original 2000 AUSTRALIAN 1 sheet for CHOPPER. Poster is in VF/NM ROLLED condition. Country of origin 1 sheet (Australia)!!! This original movie poster was signed in 2005 in Gympie, Queensland right in front of me. Some of Chopper’s crew thought I was “one the job” meaning they thought I was a policeman probably due to my short hair and clean cut appearance. I was also carrying a large poster tube which in hindsight probably put them on alert. Chopper was also nice enough to sign a regular 1 sheet which I will keep. A unique and special item!!
